Linda was born Linda Kay Rudolph on the south shore of Long Island, New York, in a small town called Roosevelt. This area offered the inspirational scenery of a shoreline with seemingly endless beaches, boats, tiny seaside villages and the change of seasons. The cultural gifts of New York City's museums, galleries and theaters were only a short train trip away.
She attended Hempstead High School where she majored in art. Upon graduation, she was offered. a scholarship in art by Hofstra University in Garden City, Long Island.
Several years later, Linda relocated to upstate New York in the Adirondack Mountains. It was here she began to paint seriously and offered her work for purchase through local exhibitions and galleries.
In the 70's Linda once again; changed her surroundings, this time to South Florida. While raising two sons and taking root in tropical atmosphere, new inspirations to paint were brewing. Though a licensed x-ray technician and certified medical transcriptionist, her real joy was always painting.

Faith plays an important role in her life and work. She has donated numerous paintings and design pieces to benefit Christian education and mission work for St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Linda's work donned the cover of the Palm Beach Realtors Guide in 1995, as well as being featured in the Palm Beach Post. The article noted her work can be found in multi-million dollar homes nationwide, restaurants, offices, public buildings, corporate headquarters and not for profits.
As a member of the North County Art Association and a frequent participant in various art exhibits, Linda has extended her adventures in art to include wall murals. It is wonderful to see a wall come alive. Her travels to Egypt, Europe, Mexico, Caribbean Islands as well as the USA have been a delightful influence in her subject matter. Her attitude is "the only limit is your imagination".
